These Terms govern purchases from YYY, LLC.

Products & pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities.

Sales & discounts

All sale discounts are temporary promotions and are valid until the end of the season or until the specified date indicated on the product page.

Permanent markdowns are not applicable. Discounted items are limited-time offers and subject to availability.

Fulfillment & availability

Orders are processed promptly and do not exceed 14 business days to fulfill. Frozen goods may be limited to local pickup or local delivery.

Event Packs

Event Packs consist of physical goods (popsicles, water ice/ice cream, toppings, utensils). Our branded cart may be included for up to 2 hours to display/serve goods.

Services (staffing, travel, extra hours) are billed separately and are not eligible for Klarna.

Payments

We accept major cards and Klarna for eligible physical goods. Klarna is not available for gift cards or for booking services/consultations.

Cancellations & deposits

Event deposits: 50% non-refundable. Cancellations require ≥14 days’ notice. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
