Shipping areas

  • Shelf-stable items (e.g., chamoy, coffee) ship nationwide within the U.S. via common carriers.

  • Frozen goods are available for local delivery or local pickup only.

Processing & delivery times

  • Processing: 2–5 business days. Total fulfillment ≤ 14 business days.

  • Tracking will be provided when applicable. Weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

Local delivery & pickup (Philadelphia area)

  • Delivery windows are coordinated after checkout. Travel fee outside Philadelphia: $100.

  • Please provide an accessible drop-off location; missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees.

Damage/claims

  • Inspect orders upon receipt. Report damage within 48 hours with photos.

Incorrect addresses

  • Customer is responsible for accurate shipping information; re-ship fees may apply.
